My Approach

Every child is unique—and so is their path to growth and healing. I offer counselling that is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based therapeutic practices. Whether we’re working through anxiety, behavioural issues, or big life changes, my goal is to help children feel understood, empowered, and better equipped to manage the challenges in their lives.
